Every Hey Fido portrait is made to order for your pet. Here is how it works, from your photo to your wall.
1. Place your order
Choose a style (fine art etching, painterly, folk art, a fun scene or a memorial), then pick fine art print, framed print or canvas and your size. Upload a clear photo of your pet and add any notes: their name, personality, favorite colors or scene ideas.
2. We talk it through
Within 24 hours we email you from hello@heyfidostudio.com to go over the details and confirm your photo will work.
3. You approve your proof
Within 48 hours you receive a digital proof of your portrait. Changes are free, and nothing is printed until you love it. Just reply with anything you would like adjusted. If we don't hear back within 48 hours of sending your proof, we will print and ship it as shown so your order isn't delayed.
4. Printed and shipped to your door
Once you approve, your portrait is printed on museum-grade fine art paper or canvas and shipped free within the US. Framed prints arrive assembled and ready to hang.
What photo works best?
Use a clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level, with their face in focus. Natural daylight works best. If you have more than one good photo, send them all.
