Shipping rates

United States: free shipping on every order.

International: we ship worldwide for a flat $14.99 per order.

When your order ships

Everything is made to order. We email you within 24 hours of your order to go over the details and send a digital proof within 48 hours. Production starts once you approve your proof (or 48 hours after we send it if we don't hear back).

After approval, most items are made in about 2 to 5 business days. Framed portraits and larger items like blankets and luggage can take a little longer. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery

Once shipped, most US orders arrive in about 3 to 7 business days, and most international orders in about 7 to 21 business days. If you order more than one item, they may be made in different places and arrive in separate packages.

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. If you need your order by a specific date, such as a birthday or holiday, please let us know in your order notes or email us before ordering.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are not included in our prices or shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times can be longer during customs processing and busy holiday seasons.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@heyfidostudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.
